We want to make your shopping experience with Space Monkeys a friendly and fun one and below you will find some usueful information on our delivery services

Mainland UK Economy Delivery:

We normally dispatch your order within 48/72 hours of receipt
Our Economy Delivery is FREE to UK Mainland addresses
Economy Delivery takes approx 5+ days although this is not guaranteed
Our dispatch team does not work Saturdays, Sundays or Bank/Public Holidays so orders will not be despatched on these days

Mainland UK Standard Delivery:

We normally dispatch your orders within 24/48 hours of receipt
Standard Delivery takes approximately 2-5 working days although this is not guaranteed
Our dispatch team does not work Saturdays, Sundays or Bank/Public Holidays so orders will not be despatched on these days

Special Delivery:

This option is great if you need your order in a hurry.

Order before 1pm Monday to Thursday and your order will be dispatched the same day
Orders are guaranteed for delivery the next day
Orders received Friday before 1pm will be processed and posted same day but may not arrive until Monday
A signature will be required for all Special Delivery Orders

Saturday Delivery:

This option is particularly useful if you want to guarantee a delivery date but aren’t usually in during the week

Order Sunday to Friday before 1pm and we will guarantee delivery for Saturday
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed but won’t be delivered until the following Saturday
A Signature will be required for all Saturday Delivery Orders

European / International Shipping:

We normally dispatch your orders within 24/48 hours of receipt (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank/Public Holidays)
Overseas postage is charged based on weight of goods
Most Orders going abroad will need a signature
We do not deliver to PO boxes
There is no Express Delivery available for orders outside the United Kingdom

Please be aware that deliveries at busy times of the year, for example Halloween and Christmas, may take a little longer than usual to arrive so please order in plenty of time.
